Who’s Eligible?

While ConnectHome Denver’s initial focus will be in DHA West Denver Renaissance Collaborative neighborhoods, the initiative will expand to reach the Denver Metro area’s more than 650,000 low to moderate-income individuals, including:

  • DHA Residents
  • Head Start
  • Section 8 Residents
  • Medicaid
  • National School Lunch Program
  • Social Security Disability (SSD)
  • Community College Student with Pell Grant
  • Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
  • Energy Assistance (LIHEAP)
  • Financial Assistance (e.g. TANF)
  • Food Support (SNAP), or
  • Annual income under 200% of poverty level
